Empowering unemployed women with disabilities in the Gaza Strip

SDF concluded a training course on “Management and Communication Skills for the Non-profit Sector” in partnership with Educaid, El- Amal Rehabilitation Society and Gaza Chamber of Commerce. The training came within We Work project.

The training aims at acquiring management and communication skills include time management, how to manage meeting and sessions, problem-solving, decision-making, writing reports and the effective skills to communicate with others in addition to a set of topics related to enhance the management performance inside the non for profit organizations.

Between 22 Jan and 02 Feb, SDF implemented the training course by 50 training hours over 10 days in participation with 19 unemployed women with disabilities to improve their skills and increase their opportunities to be involved in the workplace of NGOs.

It is worth mentioning that this course is a part of series of training aiming at increasing the skills of unemployed women with disabilities in the Gaza Strip to empower them socially and economically.
