The assembly meets periodically and is entitled to develop and approve the SDF’s strategic policies and directions, electing members of the board of directors, and is entrusted to amend internal regulations, approve financial and administrative reports, and select the legal auditor.
The board is placed at the second highest leadership level in the organizational and administrative structure of the forum.
