Brochure on Personal Hygiene

Because hygiene is the foundation of health and comfort, this brochure is part of the project “Protection and Empowerment of Youth and Adolescents in the Gaza Strip”, implemented by the Social Developmental Forum (SDF) in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

It provides simple guidance to help women and girls maintain personal hygiene — even in the most challenging conditions.

Self-care is not a luxury, but a step to protect the body and mind, and to enhance dignity and well-being at all times and in all places.
